Having washed my hair!

I COULD NOT RESIST THE TEMPTATION ANY LONGER

FOR

I COULD NOT STAND IT ANYMORE,

after


mopping the floor,
washing the socks,
washing the rugs,
ironing the clothes,
accidentally wetting most of my hair bcos i activated the shower by wringing the rug dry, which pulled and turned the knob and WHISH! came the water.


SO I WASHED MY HAIR DESPITE THE FACT THAT I WAS TOLD NOT TO DO SO UNTIL IT WAS TUESDAY. &it felt good.


But if it were you, could you have just let it be when your hair is in such a mess?

The thing is, I COULD NOT.

Idk what's going to happen. However, if anything is going to happen, (i hope not) Mum says i can always go look for Anna.


See! Even Mum supports me of having washed my hair!

finding people i know

recently, i've found many friends from primary school through facebook. Especially people i have almost lost contact altogether. And it is really heartening to know that they actually remember tiny details during the times we spent together.

So i must say facebook is a great network for finding people you know!

Soon, it's going to be another new month...

at the eighth floor.

went to wash dad's car in the morning as usual. the really funny thing is that, while we were going down from 16th floor to the first, the lift door opened at the 8th. Then nobody came in. Dad went towards the door and i said, "Daddy, 还没有到.."

Guess what he did?

He sneezed towards the lift opening to the outside, VERY LOUDLY. (the way he sneezes is always very loud)

But the fact that it travelled to the corridors makes it even louder.

I could even hear someone locking their doors.

Can you imagine hearing something like that while you were happily locking your doors to go out in a perfectly sunny day?


Haha.. Breaks in giggles even now...


Clar came later in the day!

So we all ate dinner together. Proceeded to do the boards after dinner.

Then Clar mentioned about "补你下面" thing again, when Mum passed us bananas to eat, which made my Mum laugh, again.


She kept making me laugh la..

Finished at around 10 plus. And realised happy times do pass by real quickly.

Dad and I wanted to send her off, which she kept refusing by saying, “我已经长大了。” Which does not matter as Mum said, “坏人没有看你"长大" hai shi “长xiao".." Cannot type Chinese again suddenly!

When she went into the lift she even cracked a joke saying she's going to press the lift button at the eighth floor haha.. Dad merely smiled a little..

In the end, she had to take bus to Toa Payoh Hub. See! Still did not want us to send you off! It was alr kind of late..



My head really stinks now and to think i can only wash it tmr. That is why it is going to be the first thing i do in the morning tmr.

New hair!

haha it's nice to know that people actually notice my post's title. Imagine Jerald as Ron still makes me laugh up till now. And Jerald and Clar's roles to switch?!? -grins.

And so, yesterday went back to CCH to collect leaving cert. Guess what? I met Huang laoshi, the teacher who teaches us Tea Appreciation at tpy int waiting for 31 as well! :D Quite a coincidence, isn't it? So we took 31 to CCH tgt. Upon reaching, school, i realised the last time i stepped into the school was on O Levels results day. Wow. That's long. Went up to fourth floor to take some pictures at "Du Cha Xuan" (cant type chinese again!) Came down and saw band people. Was it because the day was really hot or does the problem lies with me? I was perspiring like crazy then. Jonathan grew taller, i guess.. So did Shaozhe.


Left the place outside band room and headed towards Grand Audi when it was almost three. At first i thought nobody reached yet. Then i saw Qianni. Decided to collect the stuff first. Saw Chanxi, Cyndia and another guy. Soon, Clar came. Made me happy. Like destined to meet haha! So did Amanda and Clarissa Tander. Which i realised Jer they all have alr reached like much earlier?

Met Oscar, Yingjie, Jen, Emily and Zunwei at the canteen. Realised a lot of people came back today. Heard many others came on Wed as well.

Went to PP with Clar to get her nomination stuff.

Came back saw Camy, Shiwee and Derrick. Oh yea saw Shuyi earlier on too! Did a little of the Councillor stuff when i realised it was alr going to be six. That's when Rachel called. So i rushed to the band room. Met Bertram, Jinhong, Henry and RACHEL!!! so good la ah! got PC SOMEMORE..

Mum called and i had to leave. Did not really talk to my section :(


Not to forget that Jer brought Goblet of Fire too! :)

TODAY


Went to rebond my hair in the morning! Soft rebond okay... Had to sit there for 4 hours. It was almost a torture not being able to move at all. I kept fidgeting. Until when Anna, the lady who always cut Mum's and my hair, said, "Okay now, this one really requires you not to move."

So i was like, "Okay STOP M.O.V.I.N.G."
But realised it did not help much as it still included the word, "Move".
Eventually, i told myself, "I shall freeze." Could not think of any others at that moment and came up with this crappy word.

Fortunately, i had Harry Potter to survive through it.

Finally it was done! Mum says it only makes my face bigger and i look "Gong Gong". Oh well. But nvm! I like it the way that it's STRAIGHT. :DDD Later the day, when Dad saw me, he said it was nice. Like neater. Looks like my parents have very different views.. :/

But that's 160 bucks gone inclusive of the shampoo &conditioner i wanted to get. Mum can use that as well, since she sort of straightened her hair the other time too.

Went over to Da Jiu's place for lunch. Zhi Ren sure was cute. He was like showing stickers to my Mum.

Then headed to Grace's house. Finally to catch a movie together.

Our original plan was Race to the Witch Mountain at 1850. Grace said she was fine with the others and asked whether i was interested in the others. And so, we agreed on Paul Blart, The Mall Cop.


Still had almost an hour so we walked arounf J8.

And i decided to do this!

The whole experience was kind of fun. And we seemed to be, okay fine.. WE WERE the oldest there to be doing this.


When it was almost time, got into the theatre and watched the 15 mins commercial break.

I found the movie rather funny. But it was kind of weird that nobody else except Grace and I found it that interesting. We were like laughing the loudest? Nobody, i swear i could not hear a third person laughing apart from us. The supposedly "Pro" cop turned out to be a robber as well, a bit like "Wu Jian Dao" haha.. Found the Indian man part the funniest.

Ate dinner and went home. (omg getting a lil lazy to continue)

Huiqi and The order of the phoenix

Gahh. Boys Over Flowers is like taking forever to load. While i am waiting for it, i shall post up something.

Going to collect the leaving cert at CCH tmr, but it seems that some people, (in fact two only) that i really want to see are not going. Sigh. btw yah, REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR IC!

And so, today is just going to be any other day.

I am going to catch episode 21 of GBN( short form for Boys Over Flowers),
fold the clothes left at the sofa,
make mum's card,
and finally being absorbed in the world of my beloved Harry Potter.


Okay, i do sound like a sicko, don't I?


And nobody's even updating their blogs!
Perhaps they're all too busy to do so, oh well..


On a happier note, GBN has finally finished loading!

I was rushing like crazy to Marina Sq because i had to help wash Dad's car before that.

Reached eventually to find Derrick, Jerald and Brendon at Mac's.

I was SUPPOSED to protect the white thing attached to my hand with my life.

The truth is, Derrick told me to do so. DANG!

Went to Cafe Cartel to eat when Adrian and Clar reached.

They just ended their camp. Can see that they were kind of tired.

Especially Adrian, who seemed to walk every step with difficulty haha.

Their Nightwalk sounded rather scary.

Thought i would faint if i went.

Went to MS' arcade after that.!

Derrick and Clar went to play this Jungle game. Was sort of exciting to see them play haha.

Yingjie was then playing this Samurai game whereby you have to use the thing provided, supposedly a sword(?) to slash your enemies in the game. End of the game, yingjie merely said three words, WHAT THE ****. lol!

Clar and I then went to play this "Banging Into Each Other" game.( Forgot what was the name of the game) But from what i understood, the main point is just to bang off ur opponent. Haha, couldn't we just focus on winning the game instead of making your opponent lose????

In the end, it turned out to be Jer helping hq, and Rick helping Clar.

2 on 2.

And guess what?

Jer and Hq won!

yay. :D

Went into some shop that provided a space for people to sell their things.

Examined the items there.

Then into ActionCity. The few of us were like playing this Aeroplane game thingy.

Ad got a gift for Grace Chew too!

Was almost 5.30pm and Clar had to leave. That includes me as well..

So we left..

Brendon and Rick did not even tell us they were leaving.

Okay maybe they did, just that we did not notice.

Anyway, it was a great day and to see every one again. heh.

Most importantly, i got HP's Order Of the Phoenix!

Back From Taiwan (Part One)

Hello people, i'm back from taiwan. To be exact, i reached singapore on monday 16/03/09 at around 7.20pm.


Now that i'm back, i shall show you some pictures! haha.


Was a little unwilling to create this post due to the excessive number of pictures..

Well, can u believe the fact that my family actually packed our bags a few hours before the flight.. haha.

And so, we woke up at around 4 in the morning. Actually i woke up the latest. :X


Got ready and all, we reached Terminal 1.



FIRST DAY

Some photos at Changi Airport..



Was still kind of early, so we headed to Killiney Kopitiam to grab some food.


Had no appetite to eat anything at such an early time..

It was finally time for us to board the plane.

And,

I LOVE CHINA AIRLINES!

haha and why?

BECAUSE,

you can watch movies, listen to soundtracks, play games and a lot more with the screen just in front of you!!!

So, i listened to the soundtrack of HSM3 first haha. Was totally enjoying myself that i forgot the fact that i only slept for a few hours the previous night..

Then,

I watched Twilight!!! :D

whee.. Bella and Edward! (btw is that how "bella" supposed to be spelt as?)

Since it was a 4 hours and 15 mins flight, i went on to watch HSM3 again. :X

hehe..

Soon, we reached Taoyuan International Airport!

While queuing up for the immigration thing.

Headed to take the 台湾高铁 to Taipei's 西门町

This is how a 7 Eleven in Taiwan looks like..

Anyway, there was mist outdoors whenever we spoke. um. u know those kind people always see in 古装片？ Mist coming out from your mouth in cold weather that sort of thing. And this made Dad and I excited. haha! We were like trying to capture the mist out of our mouths. Unfortunately, we still failed. I discovered on later part of the trip, the mist only occurs when there's a rainy weather. So it was not what we thought to be a really cold weather.

The ride's really cool, because seats are being allocated for passengers. The seats are really comfy too, that is also why it costs more than the MRT in Singapore.

Having reached Taipei!

Haha, dad captured this when the train came...

Did not take any pictures in Ximending, as the time given for shopping was not really enough :X

Hmm. Ximending is just like Bugis Street, just that it's um almost HUNDRED times bigger?
And the things there aren't exactly cheap either.

I did not get much except for a few pair of socks and a necklace..

Was a little disheartened that i did not get what i want because i initially thought it would be the only place for shopping during the entire trip..

Oh yeah, if u ever go there, you should try the Ah Zong Mian Xian. Nothing beats that in such an icy weather.

We tried Bitter gourd juice too. It's nice! Kind of refreshing.. Not bitter at all.

BUT IT WAS NOT THE ONLY SHOPPING PLACE FOR THE ENTIRE TRIP. :))

wa ha ha ha ...



After that. we went to 基隆庙口夜市

Had our dinner there and we went to the first hotel of our trip, Howard Beach Resort Pacific Green Bay.

There was an activity of lighting up sky lanterns.

Everyone writing down their wishes..

One of the lanterns got burnt up in the process..

okay well, the sight was not as magnificent as what i thought to be as there were only two lanterns lit.

But still, it's still something new that i've never experienced before.

And it's funny to see people writing things like, '1570 HUAT AH!'

haha..

Not to forget the fact that it was indeed VERY COLD outside, especially whenever the icy wind brushes past your face, due to the reason that the hotel's located near the beach.

But i was wondering, shouldn't it be land breeze in the night???

So why was the wind blowing towards the land?

Okay nevermind.

SECOND DAY

Something that i took when i woke up in the morning.

Nice yeah?

Breakfast time!

It was a splendid spread, with a wide variety of choices to choose from!

They provided Western food, Chinese food, nice toasts, delicious oats and many more..

The scenic view outside the diner.

The beach's really pretty. Have to see it for yourself. I guess it cant really be seen from the picture...

THE WATER IS REALLY BLUE!

I particularly like this photo because it shows a fantastic view of our hotel!



Went to Jiu Fen next..

Then to Yi Lan Chuan Tong Yi Shu Zhong Xin.(dont know why i cant type chinese characters suddenly)

Ended the visit there and we took the Huo Che to Hualien..

It was a forty minutes ride and i fell asleep!

Reached Hualien and went to Nan Bin Ye Shi (night market).

The really cool thing is,

YOU CAN SET YOUR OWN FIREWORKS THERE!

There were many different kinds of fireworks u can choose from..

Could not really capture the sight. But it's beautiful!

Like those that are always shown on TVs.

But the feeling is much much better because you get to set the fireworks yourself!

THIRD DAY

On the third day, we went to Tai Ru Ge..

Initially, the tour guide wanted to bring us past this Jiu Qu Dong. But it was blocked due to falling rocks for the past few days..

Oh well..

On our way to the Ling Zhi place, we made our way to a fruit farm!

The people there were indeed very persuasive. I seriously think they will do well in those persuasive essays just on persuading people to buy Ling Zhi and the Deer thingy.

They'll really bug you and try their very best into convincing people to buy their products.

Mum was really persistent and so we made our way out the shop.

The lingzhi and the deer were really expensive!

Can believe that people actually consume the deer baby! Even though they say that the baby deers they got are from those mother deers that had a miscarriage.

FOURTH DAY

Was some Hai Jiao Qi Hao (海角七号) day. Went to the places where the movie was shot..

Also the day when i discovered there was a lady in our group whose name is also, Hui Qi. (Chang Hui Qi).

i almost thought i heard it wrongly when she told me her name for the first time..

haha..

Bought a pair of shades(not this one) during the visit to the night market. The sky gets dark really early.. can u believe that it was only 6.45 then?!?
