Mentoring at EVPS

Saw this tree by the roadside on the way home.

Thought it was rly nice so i decided to take a pic of it,

despite the "clicking" sound that i can never seem to switch off...

There's also another one opp. Shuang Ling Si in full bloom with pink flowers...

Very nice haha. Gives me a dreamy feeling...

Mentoring at EVPS today:

The teacher did not inform the students (aka Mentees),

hence they did not come.

Thus, we looked through some of their exam papers,

and tried a set of paper.

It was Mathematics.

Frankly speaking,

I was pretty weak in Math in Psch.

It only got better when i got to sec sch cos the syllabus is a bit different.

The bad thing is,

you cant use calculator for Paper 1.

Manual calculating!

That is a complete torture for someone like me who relies on the calculator too much;

especially for simple sums like 18+9 that sort of thing u know!

In the end, all my worries were too much thinking on my part.

Paper 1 was okay.

But the teacher said the paper we did was considered only AVERAGE.

Some qns were like Trial&Error.

So no inkling on how we are supposed to explain and show the workings if we were going to teach them...

I made this new friend named Bilal(?)

Very funny cos we were like checking answers

and

"Har?!? Like that only?!?"

Probably another 2 more mentoring sessions for the next 2 Saturdays!

After Mentoring,

walked back to sch with Jen and Clin.

We went to sch library to indicate our preferences for the Certificate Program thingy..

Jessica also hv!:D

AND OH YES.

Jen and Clin are like VERY x1000000000000...... SMART!

Both their GPA are like 3.95?

I was in a serious dilemma whether to take psychology or language.

Jenn was like mumbling to herself, "Am i really going to take this? omg. this is a life decision. think properly jen!" hahah..

Design

Management

And i realised Jiamin (tai) is studying Psychology in TP after like 5months since sch started?

Went to Jurong Point with Mum in the late afternoon.. (So far!)

Dozed off on the train.

Something that made me kind of um... ...

Emily thanked Mich and I for the presents via SMS.

So i replied her and the next msg i received from her was,

Ohmygod. Huiqi said "不用，不用。。喜欢就好！" and MichelleTay said "np la.. xi huan jiu hao.." you two really got mo qi sia LOL.

** yes i typed to her in Chinese cos that's what she did in her sms also haha...

So .... ya got mo qi haha... :):)
